Racism, a still on-going society problem.
Racism is a topic that should be addressed no matter what happens. Even if it was during the past generations, it is still important to discuss this topic especially in this generation since there are still some people who are not aware how significant this topic is. I, as part of the society, simply cannot ignore the fact that racism is still going on in today's generation. Racism is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, racism could occur anywhere and anytime. We could notice some incidents that are discriminating against someone based on their race. Some people are not aware that something that they say could be considered as racist, while for the worst kind of people even though they are aware that what they say or have said is racist, they still do not care about it. We all should learn what our limits are, and if ever we made a mistake, we should be accountable for it and learn more about racism.
It also involves politics, politics has been correlated with racism ever since. Also, it revolves around the concept of justice. Sometimes, people are becoming blind about society issues and also become blind what justice is. It really saddens me that, black people are treated like this ever since when in fact they did nothing wrong. I still do not understand why they are treated differently just because of their skin color. They are still humans and yet they are not treated like one. Up until now, I just realized that racism still keeps on going, although it slightly uplifts me a bit since most of the youth are now advocating about this issue and continue to do so. It made me realize that as a youth, being aware of this issue ever since, the people need our voices since some of them cannot speak up. In conclusion, this has inspired me to talk about this issue more and educate more people about it.
